SPOKEN WORD

So, is this our version of progress?

Are we the generation to finally make the change?

What even does this change look like?

Is this futuristic vision a delayed or a delusional version of ourselves?

Why are black bodies so obsessed with the western gaze?

Is it because, perhaps the black gaze doesn’t put food on the table?

Or knows nothing about worshipping its own reflection?

Are we even worthy of our own worship?
